Limited Lifetime Warranty
ServePrime LLC warrants to the Original Retail Purchaser, a Limited Lifetime Warranty that our Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of time that the Original Retail Purchaser owns the Product.
ServePrime Products are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with all controlling recommended specifications for their intended use. For Products used as intended and determined to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials, ServePrime agrees, at its option, to repair or replace the Product without charge (excluding freight) to the Original Retail Purchaser.
The product must be returned to ServePrime, either directly or though the retail distributor point of purchase, for the final determination of defective materials or workmanship. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by ServePrime on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to a new Product. If ServePrime is unable to repair or replace the Product, it will refund the current value of the Product at the time the warranty claim is made.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any damage to any Product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, repair, or modification. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to any Products which have been altered, handled or improperly used or installed. ServePrime is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with removing or installing the Product. Warranty does not cover shipping cost of replacement product(s) or parts.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Products for original North American (Canada, USA & Mexico) retail purchasers only.
ServePrime reserves the right to change the terms of the Limited Lifetime Warranty at any time and without prior notice.
